Honey, Yogurt Jerky

  • 1/2 kg beef tenderloin
  • Cut meat into strips, marinade the meat using the honey, salt, yogurt, onion powder, red pepper flake overnight. On a cooking sheat place the meat in the oven, cook 75 degrees for 8 hours with the fan turned on. Place in ziplock bags once done, leave the bag open until cold, then close it as airtight as you can.
